Hemp Butter Hummus Recipe
Here is a healthy twist on traditional hummus, with hemp butter added to the mix.
- 2 cups of cooked or canned organic chickpeas
- ½ cup of aqua fava (chickpea water)
- 3 Tbsp hemp butter
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp lime juice
- ½ tsp of salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
Place all ingredients in blender for 2 minutes, and serve.
